All of a sudden I am remembering failing spelling tests in public school, being terrified to raise my hand and ask a question in University and wishing I was just a little smarter. Self - doubts? Well, I'm still a weak speller, but I am not afraid to raise my hand or ask anyone anything and I know wisdom is beyond academic intellect. Les Brown said, "Shoot for the stars." If we all pushed ourselves just a little more than we think possible where would we be? In this moment, I can hardly believe I created a 421 page book. Thanks to everyone who helped along the way.
I feel a little vulnerable - how will Unlock The Door be received? Now I am recalling what Dr. John Demartini said during his interview when I asked him how he thought his interview would be received. He said some will think he's the villain, some will think he's the hero. All I hope for is that the book helps a few people realize they are not alone. Far too many live with the secret of being sexually violated. It is time to speak out and collectively find solutions. I am proud of everyone who has shared their story. What a special gift you have given.
Now I must put on my marketing and promoting cap. Please share this site and make people aware of Unlock The Door.
